Water safety is especially critical for those with developmental disabilities, as many individuals are drawn to water, and are unable to understand the dangers associated with it. Individuals on the Autism Spectrum and with other developmental disabilities have a high risk of drowning.

Danielle Hoyt, Aquatics Director for the Oneonta YMCA will be discussing water safety for our loved ones with special needs.
