As a Chapter of Families Together in NYS, FRN supports families with cross systems needs in Chenango, Delaware, Otsego and Broome counties by offering a support group in Oneonta, by distributing news from the statewide office, by facilitating arrangements for travel to the Legislative Luncheon and the Annual Families Together conference and by supporting regional families with complex issues.
