Our speaker: Kara Georgi is the Parent Education Specialist for Starbridge parent training and information center. She offers support and information for families and professionals navigating the special education system in Cayuga, Tompkins, Onondaga, Cortland, Broome, Madison, Chenango, Otsego and Delaware Counties.
