Dragon Dates-Yoga Night

Yoga Night

Please join us for evening of wellness! Yoga uses breathing techniques, exercise and meditation to help improve our physical and mental health.  Kelly Morrissey from the Oneonta YMCA will be our instructor.  Dinner will be provided.
