Please join the new Rural Community Connection Program for an Art for Wellness event.  Participants will be doing a variety of mental health related art projects.  There will be multiple projects including a collage activity and feelings map to depict how we feel about ourselves and our emotions.  We will end the event with a Positive Affirmation Poster.
